I brought in a simple catback to bolt in. The tech was too scared and said it needed modifications. Sent his video to the manufacturer of the exhaust who said heโ€™s doing it backwards. Explained this to the store and was told the tech is still too scared of messing something up. An exhaust shop was too afraid to bolt on the mufflers. I am thankful however because after the shop swearing it would not line up I was able do it at home in two hours. They did try to charge me $5000 for two rear strut and spring replacements that are completely fine though. Super overpriced. Tech scared to work. They left my car sitting unlocked with all my exhaust parts in the seat because they wanted to leave an hour before close. Avoid this shop.

Good customer service from staff and tech. They were able to get me in very fast and patch up my flat tire. The only reason why I rated them a 4 was because they didn't put a temporary floor mat and got mud all on the driver's mat.

Got an oil change on July 3, here it is July 13 and itโ€™s saying I need to service my engine oil change. I shouldโ€™ve knew it was not going to be successful when the person working on my car immediately said they were smoking weed just so comfortably. Why would they even let that person on my vehicle? So I take the car back up there today to show them what itโ€™s saying and Jacob the โ€œ managerโ€ tells me I went to Atlanta and Texas.. I didnโ€™t go to either, but if I did, that would be irrelevant. I still should not need an oil change. I could go on about the dissatisfactions overall save your money. This place has zero integrity and they put weed heads on your vehicle to work and thatโ€™s probably why my oil wasnโ€™t changed but I paid for it anyway.

Jacob and his team gave me and my vehicle plenty of TLC. They all were very professional and friendly and easy to talk too. Jacob works hard and is very diligent in working with me so I could afford the serious work that needed to be done for my vehicle. I thank God for their wisdom and awesome mechanical skills ๐Ÿ™Œ

1. Oil was overfilled by one full quart 2. Had a ten inch puddle of oil in my driveway the next day. Apparently they didnโ€™t bother to use a new washer for the drain plug on my Honda (required by design at every oil change) 3. Showed up early for my scheduled oil change appointment on 5/11, waited at the shop, and didnโ€™t get the vehicle back until 2hr 45min after the appointment time. Asked the guy at the desk if he could knock anything off the price due to the exorbitant wait, he refused flatly and said they were already losing money on it. I guess heโ€™s saying if you use coupons published on their website youโ€™re not entitled to customer service or reasonable accountability. I paid, then he went back into the shop, without any thanks or goodbye, or giving me any receipt or printout. The mechanic pulled the car around and honked. He said it took so long because he didnโ€™t know I was waiting for it. Donโ€™t know whose fault he was implying that was.. I was clearly there the whole time, plus the website asks you if itโ€™s a drop off or โ€œwait with vehicleโ€ when making an appointment. I still wanted a printout so walked towards where the front desk guy was chatting with the mechanics in a cir
